Tintboard — Provider-Specific Terms

Browser extension. Some features run only in the Tintboard browser extension (Chrome, Edge, Firefox). The extension is provided free of charge with the app licence and works only on sites with a valid licence, trial or free tier. Users without the extension see Jira and Confluence unchanged. The colour legend panel works without it.
Changes by Atlassian. Atlassian may change Jira and Confluence at any time. When a change affects styling, the affected feature switches itself off rather than altering the page, and we aim to restore it within two business days. Such changes are not a breach of these terms.
Free tier and trials. Sites with up to 10 users may use the app free of charge. Trials follow Atlassian Marketplace rules. We may change the free tier with 60 days' notice in the release notes.
Support. Support is provided in English and French by email at hello@tintboard.com. We aim to give a first response within one business day (Monday–Friday, Paris time).
Data. We process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Customer content stays in the customer's Atlassian site.
Acceptable use. Customers must not use the app or extension to hide security information, legal notices or Atlassian content from users, or to impersonate Atlassian interfaces.
Governing law. These terms follow the governing law and jurisdiction of the Atlassian Marketplace standard end-user agreement. Where that agreement leaves it open, French law applies and the courts competent for the provider's address have jurisdiction, without depriving a customer of protections that mandatory law gives them.
